- Familiar with the following products: Router, Switch, Firewall, Network Management Systems. Main focus will be on firewalls and Switches.
- Familiar with the following Layer-2 & Layer-3 technologies: TCP/IP, STP, VLANs, Port-Channel, MSTP, VPC, MLAG, MPLS, MPLS TE, L3 VPN, L2 VPN, MP-BGP.
- In-Depth Understanding of Firewall Technologies: VPNs, VDOMs, Transparent Mode Firewall
- Expertise in new technologies: VxLAN, SD-WAN, SDN, Tier-2 Leaf-Spine Layer-2 & Cloud-based network architecture.
- Experience with Cisco & Fortigate products is a must.
- Customer service experience, technical support, and in-depth troubleshooting, and network operation support.
- Have worked before as a back-office level-2 NOC Support engineer.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of IT Network customer service/ technical support experience.
Certification: CCNA,CCNP & NSE4 is must
